Lucinda Becker

Lucinda "Lucy" Becker, 55, of Jackson died Dec. 7, 2019, at Sanford Medical Center in Jackson.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m., at First Baptist Church in Windom with Pastors Gary Wiens and Steve DeKok officiating.
Special music will be provided by Joy Wright, organist; and Harlan Glenn, vocal soloist.
Casket bearers will be Jeff Nelson, Alvin Becker, Brian Westball, Brian Janzen, Aaron Kelly, Daniel Belfrage, Caleb Haskin and Dale Becker.
Honorary bearers will be Jeffrey Becker, Neveah Becker, Tim Becker, Sara Becker, Andrea Ramos, Isabella Damgaard, Dean Thomas, Bobbie Jo Schuneman and Sheyenne Lamfref.
Interment will follow at Delafield Cemetery in rural Windom.
Visitation will be held Friday from 4 to 7 p.m., at LaCanne Family Funeral Home in Windom and continue Saturday at the church for one hour prior to the service.
LaCanne Family Funeral Service of Windom is handling the funeral arrangements.
Lucinda "Lucy" Jane Rezac was born April 26, 1964, to Melvin and Naomi "Ruth" (Adcock) Rezac in Windom.
She graduated from Windom Area High School in 1982. She attended Minnesota West Community College in Jackson, then worked at the Good Samaritan Center there for over 30 years.
In 2006, Lucy became the mother of Sara and continued working other jobs in the area, but retired from the Good Samaritan Center.
In 2010, Lucy married Doug Becker in Windom.
Lucy enjoyed shopping, driving to the family farmstead, cooking for family and learning new recipes.
She will be remembered for her sense of humor, Allis Chalmers tractors and watching Criminal Minds. She also will be remembered for her love, compassion, support and tenderness to others. She considered everyone family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, mother-in-law, Dee Becker; daughter-in-law, Amanda Becker; and infant grandchild, Josie.
Survivors include her husband, Doug; daughter, Sara; stepchildren: Dawn (Daniel) Belfrage of Swea City, Iowa; Brian (Amanda) Becker of Alpha; and Alvin (Katryna) Becker of Windom; seven grandchildren; a brother, Tim Rezac of Jackson; and father-in-law, Daryl Becker.
