Close your garage doors, opossums are around
I quite commonly leave my garage doors open in the late afternoon this time of year. The sun is now riding lower in the southern sky and it shines nicely into the depths. Carpenter's passing is a big loss for Windom sports community

Joe Carpenter passed away Monday at the age of 97.
Up until last year, Joe was a fixture at just about any Eagle sporting event. You could usually see him in the southeast corner of the Blue Gym, usually shooting the breeze with other spectators.
