Just a reminder of what I wrote in the paper last week:
"We will be starting to charge customers for any tech support phone calls. Starting May 26 we will be having a $10 minimum charge for any tech support phone calls, excluding calls inquiring about purchasing our products.

|Working on getting back to 'normal'|
|It certainly has been an interesting last couple months, but now we're starting to get back to normal in our office.|
Over the last two months we have been trying to do most of our work remotely, or over the phone, and only looking at computers in person if it was absolutely necessary.
