|We are still seeing many people using computers that are still running Windows 7. I thought this would be a good time to remind everyone that Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft and, therefore, we recommend upgrading your machine to Windows 10, or replacing your computer.|

May 2020 update|
|The Windoms May 2020 Update, the newest Windows feature update, started rolling out on May 27. The update build version number is 2004. No, this doesn't mean that your computer is updating or reverting back to 2004; this is just Microsoft's number layout for the update.|

|iCitizen tech support phone calls|
Just a reminder of what I wrote in the paper last week:
"We will be starting to charge customers for any tech support phone calls. Starting May 26 we will be having a $10 minimum charge for any tech support phone calls, excluding calls inquiring about purchasing our products.

|Working on getting back to 'normal'|
|It certainly has been an interesting last couple months, but now we're starting to get back to normal in our office.|
Over the last two months we have been trying to do most of our work remotely, or over the phone, and only looking at computers in person if it was absolutely necessary.
