3/31/2020 11:59:00 AM Spring sports suspension extended to May 4
The Minnesota State High School League announced last week that the suspension of all spring sports activities would be extended to coincide with the distance learning declaration from Gov. Tim Walz, with the hope of limiting the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
That suspension will continue until at least May 4 and includes all competitions, training, formal practices and scrimmages.
Return to participation protocol will be determined pending reopening of schools. No decision has been made at this point regarding the cancellation of spring activities.
