BSC Meet The Windom Eagle girls finished fifth and the boys seventh at the Big South Conference Small School Division Meet, held Saturday in Luverne.
The Eagle girls scored 72 points. Luverne won the title with 231 points.
The Eagle boys finished with 43 points. Pipestone and Redwood Valley tied for the team title with 134 points.
Windom's girls were led by double-event winner Delaney Smith, who captured first in both the shot put (39-5) and discus (117-9).
Gracie Bucher placed second in the 800 (2:26.76). Jadyn Wormstadt finished third in the high jump (4-8). Shiro Ogeka took fifth in the long jump (14-9½). Windom added runner-up finishes in the 4x200 (1:54.27) and 4x400 (4:28.23) relays.
Windom's boys were led by Andres Cazares-Reyes, who placed third in the shot put (42-1) and fourth in the discus (116-4). Cameron Alm was fourth in the 800 (2:15.67). Alex Altman placed fifth in the discus (109-2). Windom placed third in the 4x400 relay (3:46.88).
