WWG drew third-seeded North Woods for the first round of the tournament. The Chargers will face the Grizzlies on March 21 at Williams Arena, beginning at 5 p.m.

With the addition of a consolation round to the tournament in recent years, teams are guaranteed at least two games in the state tournament. Win or lose, WWG will play again on March 22 against either Cromwell-Wright or second-seeded Ada-Borup/Norman County West. The first-round winners meet in the semifinals at Target Center in Minneapolis, beginning at 2 p.m. The first-round losers meet in the consolation bracket, which will be played at noon at Concordia University in St. Paul.

The tournament concludes March 23 with the consolation championship game at 8 a.m., at Concordia University in St. Paul. The third-place game will be played at 10 a.m. at Concordia University, while the championship game will be played at noon at Target Center.
