RRC 39-31 = 70 WWG 09-11 = 20 Red Rock Central's post play and defense set the tone Tuesday night as the Falcons rolled to a 70-20 win over Westbrook-Walnut Grove at Westbrook.
RRC held the Chargers to two field goals in the first half and six for the game. Meanwhile, the Falcon offense was sharp in the lane throughout the game, shooting just over 45 percent from the field for the game.
WWG played without two of its regular starters, as Brittany Erickson missed due to injury and Bethany Byers due to illness.
Kaitlyn Rindfleisch led RRC with 13 points in the win. Vanessa Kedl added 12 points and Nicole Schroepfer added 10 points.
Camryn Bunting led WWG with 12 points.
MLAC 31-19 = 50 Adrian 16-21 = 37 Mt. Lake Area-Comfrey jumped to an early lead and never looked back Tuesday, claiming a 50-37 victory at Adrian.
The Wolverines used an extended scoring run to build a 15-point halftime lead over the Dragons, maintaining a 15-point advantage much of the second half.
Margo Stoesz led the Wolverines with 22 points. Lexi Toll added 12 points in the win.
