The Windom Area boys hockey team jumped to a lead with a strong second period and made it stand Friday night, claiming a 6-3 win over Dodge County at Kasson.

After a scoreless first period, the Eagles got on the board with four second period goals. Mikal Anderson got Windom on the board 1:18 into the period.
