BSC Meet The Windom Eagle girls took third and the boys sixth in the small school division at the Big South Conference Meet, held Saturday at Pipestone.
The Eagle girls finished with 95 points. Luverne won the team title with 180 points. Windom's boys finished with 70 points. Redwood Valley won the team title with 126½ points.
Windom's girls were paced by double-event winner Delaney Smith, who captured first in the shot put (40-4½) and discus (100-7).
Emily Steen added a runner-up finish in the discus (93-2) and was fifth in the shot put (31-4½). Jadyn Wormstadt took third in the high jump (4-10). Victoria Christoffer placed fourth in the 100 hurdles (17.96) and long jump (14-5¼) and fifth in the triple jump (30-6½). Lindsay Muller was fourth in the pole vault (7-0). Lucy Stevens took fourth in the 200 (28.12) and Gracie Bucher placed fifth in the 1,600 (5:54.25).
For the boys, Andres Cazares-Reyes had the top individual finish, placing second in the shot put (39-2). Jabari Carlton was fourth in the shot put (38-3) and in the 100 dash (12.27). Dylan Colbert took fourth in the discus (112-10). Daniel Green placed fourth in the triple jump (36-2½) and fifth in the 300 hurdles (46.66).
