Hildebrandt inks with Northwestern

Mt. Lake Area senior Lydia Hildebrandt will continue her cross country and track career at the collegiate level.
This week, Hildebrandt signed a letter of intent to attend Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, where she will compete in both cross country and track.
Hildebrandt is a six-year varsity runner in cross country and will compete in her sixth track season this spring. In cross country, she earned All-Red Rock Conference honors all six seasons and is a multiple-time state qualifier. In track, she has earned section medals in sprints, relays and pole vault and competed at the state meet last spring.
Hildebrandt, the daughter of Gary and Karen Hildebrandt of Mt. Lake, plans to pursue an elementary education major at Northwestern.
