Windom EDA votes to seek Cemstone grant
The Windom Economic Development Authority, on Monday, voted to make a third attempt at getting a state grant to assist with the Cemstone housing project.
The grant application, which requires city council approval, could cover as much as $450,000 of the project's cost.
The Windom City Council will take up the matter at Tuesday's regular meeting.
