Windom schools to begin meal pick-up locations

With the move to distance learning for all students in grades PreK-12, Windom Area Schools announced Monday that it would begin meal pick-ups at six locations.
Parents are asked to complete a survey by Nov. 25 in order to receive meals, beginning Dec. 1. Meal pick-ups will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays. Tuesday's pick-ups will include meals for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, while Friday pick-ups will include meals for Friday and the following Monday.
An e-mail to district parents was sent out, asking if families would use the meal pick-up and which location meals would be picked up. Meal pick-up will be available until the district opts to return to in-class programming.
