Lindsey Cartwright and Jerry Bauer like to call their new Windom development project, "a community within a community."
The builders unveiled their new 55-plus Community at a recent meeting of the city's zoning commission.
It's called Gove Acres because the site, adjacent to 19th Street and Windom's west water tower, was purchased from the Gove family. The plan calls for 11 cottages and four townhomes, all two-bedroom designs.
