BREAKING NEWS: Windom postpones homecoming coronation, NHS, volleyball matches due to COVID exposure

Two additional cases of COVID-19 were reported in the Windom Area Middle High School community Sunday, bringing the total number of cases to four.

Sunday afternoon, Windom Area High School announced that it was postponing all varsity and B-squad volleyball matches through Nov. 3. WAHS also postponed Monday's scheduled homecoming coronation and Wednesday's National Honor Society induction ceremony as a result of the positive COVID tests and contact tracing.

The positive cases do no impact the district's current learning model.
