County highway resurfacing projects to start Monday

Roadway resurfacing on several Cottonwood County roadways will begin Monday.

The first area to be addressed will be River Road, from the Perkins Creek bridge to County Road 15.

Other affected areas listed by County Engineer Nick Klisch are:

• County Road 26 on Windom's east side, from County Road 17 to Highway 71.
• County Roads 52 and 53, near Jeffers and Double Lake.

All of these projects are being done under traffic, with lane closures, using flaggers and a pilot car.
