7/10/2020 4:08:00 PM Monday board meeting of Windom EDA moved up a half hour
Monday's meeting of the Windom Economic Development Corporation has a critical land use topic and the meeting has been moved ahead to 11:30 a.m. at Windom City Hall.
That's an important factor because some local residents may have targeted Monday's meeting to join in on the public discussion. This is one of three meetings that will include public hearings.
The big topic, Monday, is the possible sale of the Windom spec building to a Twin Cities investor. The investor's plan is to make a $2 million investment into the building. That amount includes adding patios, windows, landscaping and the purchase itself.
