Windom city officials await rules on swimming pool, etc.

As the weather heats up, area residents are beginning to ask questions about the swimming pool and summer youth programs.

Unfortunately, city officials do not yet have answers about those things. For now, the governor's COVID-19 response plan does not allow pools to open, or youth sports games to occur. But that could change.

"Right now, it is wait-and-see regarding the pool and games," said City Administrator Steve Nasby.
