School lunch requests need to be filled out each week

Superintendent Wayne Wormstadt emphasized a key point related to two forms posted on the district's website at: http://windom.ss13.sharpschool.com/

The "Food Service Request" link is one that students receiving daily sack lunches from the school must fill out once every week.

"Every week we do a new food service request form," Wormstadt explained. "We see a lot of change every week and people enter twice in the same one and we wind up with a double count, so we had meal overages."

Consequently, Wormstadt is asking those wanting lunches from the school to fill out a new request form each week.

For information about emergency worker day care eligibility, see the story that starts on page 1 of the April 1 edition of the Cottonwood County Citizen, on newsstands tomorrow.
