BREAKING: Second COVID-19 case confirmed in Cottonwood County
A second case of COVID-19 has been confirmed in Cottonwood County.
At its 11 a.m. release, the Minnesota Department of Health said there are presently 629 positive cases in the state, with 12 deaths. A total of 19,780 tests have been conducted.
There are currently 288 people who tested positive for the virus who no longer require isolation. Of the 112 cases that had required hospitalization, 56 remain hospitalized, with 26 currently in intensive care.
Watonwan and Jackson counties still have just single cases of COVID-19, while Martin County has 25 cases of the virus.
