Windom FFA president's love of FFA began with a quick decision
Victoria Schutz was a seventh grade student and had just moved to Windom when she was introduced to FFA.
"I wanted to try out every activity that I could," Schutz recalled. "I remember people coming to my Eagle time meeting, asking us if we wanted to join FFA and attend an FFA meeting."
After hearing more about it, she was intrigued.
Little did she know where that decision would lead. More than five years later, she has competed on multiple judging teams, held three offices (president, treasurer and historian) and completed Career Development Events in floriculture, agronomy and nursery landscape - things she knew nothing about prior to joining FFA.
