Local police report seven crashes in past few days

No less than seven incidents of property damage--involving cars, fences and other property--have occurred in the past few days, according to police.

A couple of the incidents were hit-and-run reports. Another involved damage to a fence near Speedway convenience store and in another case a Century Link box was struck by a vehicle. And in another case, a vehicle slid into a truck while on an icy parking lot.

For much more on these accident reports and other law enforcement activity from the past week, see the Feb. 19 Cottonwood County Citizen and Citizen eEdition.
