Omnibus hearing date set for gravestone case

An omnibus hearing date is set for the theft-by-swindle case involving a local monument business.

The hearing for Jodie Crowell of Windom is scheduled for Jan. 7 at the Cottonwood County Courthouse. Crowell, who owns the Windom Monument Company, has been charged with five felony counts of theft-by-swindle.
