8/22/2019 1:10:00 PM Servicing all their customers needs
Mountain Lake Automotive is not just about selling, it's about helping its customers. "We want our customers to know we can take care of them and all their vehicle needs in one place," said owner-manager Jason Flanagan.
"We have vehicles on our lot, but can also locate vehicles for people specifically through other dealers located anywhere throughout the United States.
We have picked up vehicles in Arizona and in Boston. Then we deliver them directly to the customer free of charge." Along with this comes a seven-day return policy.
"If for any reason the customer needs to return the vehicle, they can do it within seven days at no charge," Flanagan said. "The purchase price is refunded and we undo any of the financing arrangement."
The dealership not only sells vehicles, but also provides financing and warranty options. "Our customers can take care of all their needs in one place," Flanagan said.
"We want to make the purchase of a vehicle an easy and good experience for them. "We also have a great service department that can take care of anything from quick lubes to major engine repairs or help with accessorizing your vehicle whether it is running boards, lift kits or wheels."
The automotive service technicians are responsible for most aspects of a vehicle's upkeep from oil changes, tires and brakes to major engine and transmission repairs. They perform inspections, do computer diagnostics and make repairs when necessary.
Mountain Lake Automotive provides free pick up and delivery in Mt. Lake for its customers service needs. The parts department has ACDelco parts such as oil filters, air filters and batteries on hand.
It can also order after-market parts for all vehicle needs. It only takes a day or two for the parts to come in. Mountain Lake Automotive is located at the corner of County Roads 1 and 27.
