Mt. Lake towers come down

The Mt. Lake school construction project is not yet full steam ahead, but things are looking different at the public school.

Two technology towers that needed to be removed before construction begins on the new addition at Mt. Lake Public came down recently. The towers were cut into pieces before being lowered to the ground.

Meanwhile, workers have been busy removing asbestos throughout the 1904 building as they get ready for construction.

Kraus-Anderson Construction is the general contractor for the $13 million school building project.
