Windom, Mt. Lake, Jeffers and Bingham Lake council results are in

The results are in for a few area city council races.
Here is a quick look at the completed results that Citizen Online has received thus far for city council races in Windom, Mt. Lake, Jeffers and Bingham Lake:

Jenny Quade defeated Ken Derickson in Ward 1, 652-389.

Bingham Lake
Mary Krumwiede and David Mattison were each elected to the two available Bingham Lake seats. Krumwiede received 31 votes and Mattison 25.

Mt. Lake
Dana Kass and Andy Ysker will fill the two available seats on the Mt. Lake City Council. They garnered 421 and 318 votes, respectively.

In addition, Mayor Mike Nelson was re-elected mayor. He received 445 votes, to Dean Janzen's 325.

Glenn Johnson was elected mayor with 73 votes. The runner-up, Melvin Forseth, had 37 votes.

Michael Timm and David Hansen were elected to the city council with 66 and 49 votes respectively.
