As snow, ice and school closures dominate the local scene, Riverfest planners are thinking warmer thoughts.
Riverfest is several months away, but organizers have a theme and key attractions already taking shape. Clark Lingbeek has been elected chairman and Greg Warner is the vice chair.
The board has been meeting since November and a few key attractions are already locked in.
