Passed away on July 01, 2026 at the age of 84. He was a resident of Windom, MN. Born March 21, 1942 in New Ulm, MN, to Claire & Clarice (Rolstad) Halvorson.
Robert spent his career as a plumber for Schwalbach Hardware in Windom, MN and was very proud to have been a volunteer fireman for the New Ulm, Madelia, and Windom Fire Departments for a total of 37 years.

Survived by: Children – Tony Halvorson, Windom, MN; Wendy (Kerry) Gerard, Blaine, MN; Foster Son – Matthew Johnson, Windom, MN; Nine grandchildren – Jacob(Maria), Jessica (Paul), Jesse (Kelli), Kiana (Nicholas), Brady; Eleven greatgrandchildren – Alieyah, Peyton, Emalyn, Trista, Ethen, Emma, Barron, Saige, Charlie, Harrison, Leighton; Three sister-in-law’s, One brother-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
