The Windom Area School Board reviewed the district’s five-year strategic plan during its Monday work session.
School leaders said the plan continues to guide goals in academics, safety, staffing and facilities.
Superintendent Jamie Frank led the board through the Windom Area Schools Strategic Plan, which was created after a community task force formed in spring 2023.
The plan runs through 2028 and centers on the district’s mission to create a safe, responsive and nurturing environment where every learner receives a high-quality, challenging education.
