The Windom Police Department is hosting a critical incident training seminar for the general public.
The session will be held April 4 at Room 120 at the Windom Community Center (1750 Cottonwood Lake Drive) from 1-3 p.m. The session is free of charge and open to all residents. No preregistration is necessary.
The training session will teach members of the public how to respond to critical incidents, how to address different situations and the roles of responders and civilians, how to help responders and how to share information with others.
Officer Andrew Kinnetz will lead the training sessions.
