Windom’s downtown resembled a picture out of an old Christmas catalog this past Thursday evening as the Windom Area Chamber of Commerce presented Christmas by Candlelight.
Downtown businesses dressed up their window displays in Christmas lights and decorations as people strolled down the sidewalks stopping to take a look only to go inside and purchase last-minute gifts for the holiday season.
