The Windom Area Fall Band Showcase will be on Monday at 7 pm in the Gold Gym.
Prepare to be amazed by the talented middle school and high school bands as they perform a mix of contemporary and traditional music.
Those in attendance will hear a setting of an old Irish tune from the 1600s, along with Michael Bublé’s “Feeling Good” and the Foo Fighters’ “The Pretender.”
The concert will end with all five bands combining for a percussion section feature that is sure to put a smile on everyone’s face.
Additionally, the school will host the “Sounds of the Season” concert on Dec. 15 and the elementary holiday concert on Dec. 16. Be sure to look in future editions of the Citizen for more information and pictures from these concerts.
