Windom Area Schools Superintendent Jamie Frank presented updated enrollment figures and the Windom Area School Board approved a resolution calling for an election for building improvements at Monday’s board meeting.
The board also approved the hiring of an additional junior high wrestling coach due to growing participation numbers.
Enrollment numbers
Frank said the district’s enrollment increased by seven students from the Oct. 1 count. There are now 1,136 students enrolled in grades K-12, up from 1,129 in October.
