The Windom Area School Board will meet Monday at 6:30 p.m., at the Windom City Hall council chambers.
On the agenda, the board will act on guidelines for the 2025-26 early resignation/retirement package.
The board also will act on lane changes for staff members.
The board also will go into closed session to discuss negotiations with the Education Minnesota-Windom teachers’ union.
