Southwest Christian got off to a fast start Tuesday, rolling to an early lead and a 6-1 victory over the Wings United boys soccer team at Madelia.
SWC scored all of its goals in the opening half, peppering the Wings net early in the match.
The lone Wings goal came late in the first half, when Edwin Luis was able to wind through the SWC defense and poke a shot past the goalkeeper.
The Wings were held to eight shots on goal for the match.
