A water main break has been reported in the area near 18th Avenue and River Road in Windom.
According to Windom Mayor Hilary Mathis, water will be shut off in the area to initiate a complete repair. Some homes in that area may already be experiencing low water pressure.
The repairs are estimated to be complete sometime mid-afternoon.
Motorists are asked to avoid the area near the intersection of 18th Avenue and River Road or to use extreme caution while driving by crews. Traffic will be one lane through that area.
