The 58th annual Steam and Gas Engine Show kicks off Friday night at Voss Park in Butterfield and runs through Sunday afternoon.
Presented by the Butterfield Threshermen’s Association, the event features threshing demonstrations, antique cars and tractors, historic buildings, a tractor and truck pull and plenty of food options. Musical entertainment, historic displays and family activities fill the weekend.
Admission is $10 and covers all events for the weekend. This year’s featured automobile is the Model T, and the featured tractors are from Case.
Demonstrations will take place on 19 acres of wheat, corn to pick, silage to be cut, and threshing to be done.
