The Windom School Board voted to approve districtwide individual contracts for 2026 and 2027 at Monday’s work session.
A total of 14 individuals are represented under the district staff/non-union employee contracts at Windom Area Schools. The board approved their contracts for the 2026 and 2027 fiscal years.
In 2026, the employees will see a total package raise of 3.59%, and in 2027, they will receive a raise of 3.31%. The total percentage increase for both years will be 7.02%.
