Cottonwood County will once again be looking to fill a vacant elected position.
At Tuesday’s meeting, Cottonwood County Commissioners will act on the resignation of county attorney Deja Weber, effective April 25.
Weber was appointed to the position of county attorney on Aug. 5, 2024, after previously working as an assistant county attorney in Waseca County. However, the county has not had success in filling a vacant assistant county attorney position.
