After nearly 18 months of construction, work on the new $30 million medical services building at the Windom Area Health campus is nearing completion.
Brady Kerkman, executive director of business development and marketing for Windom Area Health, said the interior of the new four-story building is down to the finishing touches.
Kerkman stated occupancy of the building was anticipated for sometime in middle to late April, with the building being open to the public by late May or early June.
