The City of Windom’s electric department will not conduct a planned power outage early Sunday, March 16, as originally advertised in the Shopper and Citizen.
The outage was scheduled to take place from approximately 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. and was going to affect the entire city. Officials said the testing is now unnecessary, as they have had a change in plans.
