The Minnesota Department of Transportation announced that all remaining state highways in Southwest Minnesota that have been closed due to blizzard conditions will reopen at 1:30 p.m. today.
However, MnDOT still advises no travel on highways throughout the region due to icy road conditions and blowing and drifting snow. If people must travel, they are urged to use extreme caution and to reduce speeds.
