There is plenty of excitement at Windom Area Health these days, what with the arrival of the year’s first baby, Liam Gael Gutierrez Larios.
As first baby’s go, Liam was prompt, arriving just three days into the new year. There have been years when the community waited as much as two weeks before reading about the New Year’s Baby.
Liam’s parents are Mario Gutierrez Toj and Angalica Ambrocio Larios of Windom. They were all smiles over the weekend, as they shared their story. Angalica said the couple knew in advance it would be a baby boy.
He weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 inches long.
