Turnovers plagued the Red Rock Central girls basketball team Thursday night, as the Falcons fell 61-34 to Heron Lake-Okabena-Fulda at Fulda.
The Coyotes forced the Falcons into 30 turnovers in the game and held RRC to 25% shooting from the field.
Tia Donkersloot led the Falcons with 15 points. Maia Scheffler added eight points in the loss.

A cold spell in the second half spelled doom for the Mt. Lake Area-Comfrey girls basketball team Thursday, as the Wolverines fell 74-50 to Adrian-Ellsworth at Ellsworth.
The Wolverines trailed by four at halftime, but tied the game at 40-40 with a three-pointer. But the Dragons put the game away with a 20-0 run.
The Wolverines struggled from the field, hitting just 31% for the game. The Dragons also outscored MLAC 16-7 from the free throw line.
Julia Brinkman led the Wolverines with 25 points. Khya Boldt added eight points in the loss.
