The Windom Area boys hockey team will be in action this afternoon as the Windom Area Holiday Tournament continues.
Action begin Thursday, with Faribault defeating Worthington 10-4 and Bloomington Kennedy topping Windom Area 6-3.
In today’s games, Bloomington Kennedy takes on Worthington at 3 p.m., followed by Windom Area facing Faribault at 5 p.m.
The tournament concludes Saturday with Faribault facing Bloomington Kennedy at 10 a.m., followed by Windom Area against Worthington at noon.
Windom Area girls at MBA Tournament
The Windom Area girls hockey team travels to Morris today to take part in the Morris-Benson Area Tournament, with games at the Lee Community Center in Morris.
The Eagles take on Mankato West today at 2 p.m. in the opening round.
The tourney concludes with the third-place game at 10 a.m., followed by the championship game at noon.
The other teams in the tournament are Morris-Benson Area and Prairie Centre Area.
