The Windom Eagle girls basketball team pulled away late in the first half and carried momentum into the second half Tuesday, rolling to a 99-58 win over Worthington at Windom.
The Eagles closed the first half with a 30-13 run, taking a 17-point halftime lead. Windom then outscored the Trojans by 24 in the second half to seal the victory.
Four Eagles scored in double figures, led by a career-high 32 points from Hannah Dauer, who had 24 of her points in the opening half. Haidyn Sammons scored 25 points, Hadley Sammons added 15 and Adison Hogan finished with 12.

Mt. Lake Area-Comfrey was able to rally to force overtime, but Heron Lake-Okabena-Fulda had the final answer Tuesday, claiming a 51-49 overtime victory at Okabena.
The Coyotes led by seven at halftime, but the Wolverines rallied in the second half, eventually tying the game at 44-44 to send it to overtime.
In overtime, HLOF hit a pair of baskets and three free throws to seal the victory.
Julia Brinkman led the Wolverines with 25 points, including 20 in the second half and overtime. Phithsada Phoumivong and Ashlyn Pfeiffer each scored six points.

Red Rock Central fell behind early and never recovered Tuesday, dropping a 55-30 decision to Westbrook-Walnut Grove at Westbrook.
The Chargers were able to hold the Falcons to 29 field goal attempts in the game, creating numerous turnovers with tight defense.
RRC was held to four field goals in the opening half as the Chargers built a 22-point halftime lead.
Tia Donkersloot led RRC with 10 points. Paige Wondercheck added eight points.
