Blue Earth Area took a page from the Windom Eagles’ playbook Friday night, storming its way to a 108-68 victory over the Eagles at Windom.
The Bucs shot 53% from the field for the game and hit 16 three-pointers as a team. Meanwhile, BEA also forced the Eagles into 19 turnovers, doubling the Eagles’ output for the game off turnovers 28-14.
Windom held an early 17-11 lead, but the Bucs used a flurry of baskets from Will Bromeland, who finished with 44 points in the game, to establish a 13-point halftime lead.
BEA then outscored the Eagles 58-31 in the second half to seal the victory.
Elliot Serreyn paced the Eagles with 15 points. Job Ogeka finished with 13 points in the loss.

Sleepy Eye St. Mary’s was efficient on offense Saturday night, cruising to an 88-46 victory over Red Rock Central at Lamberton.
The Knights shot a sizzling 63% from the field for the game, including 61% from three-point range. St. Mary’s also used a decided edge in the paint, overwhelming the undersized Falcons inside.
Henry Stavnes paced the Falcons with 14 points. Jordan Therkilsen added 11 points.
