Minnesota River used three power play goals and continuous offensive pressure to roll to an 8-0 win over the Windom Area girls hockey team Tuesday in LeSueur.
The Bulldogs went a perfect 3-for-3 on power play chances, scoring a power play goal in each period.
After netting a pair of goals in the opening period, Minnesota River scored three goals in a three-minute stretch in the second and led 6-0 after two periods. The Bulldogs then scored 18 seconds into the third period, sealing the game.
Minnesota River outshot the Eagles 55-12 for the game. Eagle goalie Fiona Robillard finished with 47 saves.
