Windom’s Business, Arts and Recreation Center will hold its Winter Wonderland craft and vendor fair from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Dec. 7.
Homemade crafts and vendor items will be available, along with a bake sale. Rolls and coffee will be served from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and hot lunch from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
