The Windom Chamber Gala brings a popular sports figure to town, Nov. 15.
Chad Greenway, former Minnesota Vikings linebacker will speak to the audience after the Gala’s business is done.
“We are excited to bring something different to the Gala” said Amy Leopold, President of the Windom Chamber Of Commerce Board. She continued, “I heard Chad speak at a national conference and thought it would be wonderful to bring him to Windom. He’s a fantastic motivational speaker.”
Leopold said she is excited for Greenway to speak at the event because he can relate to Windom’s demographics growing up in Mt. Vernon, SD, a small town near Mitchell. He now resides in central Minnesota with his wife and four daughters and has established the Lead the Way Foundation to “enrich the lives of individuals and families in need.”
